With second place jointly held by France, Sweden, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom all with 5 wins to their names, and only one of those wins being within the last 15 years [Sweden in 2012] their crown is quite safe for now.
This entry is 'Hold Me Now' by Johnny Logan, who himself holds a crown as he has won the contest twice - the only performer ever to do so - and wrote a third winner. Of his two wins this one is my favourite.
